【老社长的故事】雷文庭—土耳其“文艺中年”在北京15年做了几千个报道

　　Beijing in My Eyes—Conversations with Chief Correspondents presented by Radio Beijing International officially kicked off on September 2nd. In a series of interviews, Beijing-based chief correspondents and heads of foreign media who have been working and living in Beijing for years will be invited to share their stories in capturing the changes and development of the city in the past five years.

　　有这样一群老外，他们代表各国最具影响力的媒体来到北京，用声音、镜头和文字记录北京这座城市的变化和发展；作为这种变化和发展的见证者和亲历者，他们也在工作和生活中将自己与这座城市身心交融。他们是常驻京外国媒体负责人——老社长。

　　9月2日，由北京人民广播电台外语广播倾力打造的“我看北京这五年——老社长的故事”大型访谈节目正式启动。老社长们将陆续走进北京外语广播录制演播厅，分享他们在京工作生活多年的所见所闻，以他们的讲述介绍北京的发展，特别是十八大以来的五年北京市在科技创新、环境保护、社会进步等方面取得的成果。

第 一 集

Levent Uluçer--A Lao Beijing Turkish chief correspondent

　　The first guest walking into the studio is Levent Uluçer, the chief correspondent andhead of China Offices of Aydınlık Turkish daily newspaper and Ulusal TV ChannelTurkish TV.

　　第一个走进演播厅的是曾任土耳其《国土报》驻北京分社社长，现任土耳其《光明报》及土耳其国家电视台的首席记者的Levent Ulucer，他有一个掷地有声的中文名字——雷文庭，朋友们都叫他“雷”。雷文庭2003年来北京之前是土耳其国家电视台的节目主持人，一次偶然的机会他在电视上看到了关于中国的纪录片，被美丽画面震撼的他激动地对怀孕的妻子说：“我们得去中国看看！”

　　In 2003, Levent Uluçer was enchanted by the breath taking beauty of China and madea quick decision to come when he had already established a successful career asa TV host in Turkey. Since then, he has been working and living in Beijing fornearly 15 years, first served as a Turkish expert of China Radio International and then worked for several influential Turkish media, doing thousands of reports to familiarize his audiences with the oriental civilization.

　　His coverage about China in regard to politics, economy, culture, art, tourism,sports and etc has an extensive popularity among his audiences. His colleaguesin Turkey joke that they feel jealous of the boundless news clues he can easilyfind in China. Levent Uluçer also shot “Silk Road”documentary as theline-producer and cameraman along the ancient Silk Road from Xi’an to Xinjiangfor 3 weeks, which was later aired in TRT Avaz(Turkish National TV) in 2014.

　　现在，雷文庭已经在北京工作和生活了将近15年，最初是作为中国国际广播电台土耳其语部的专家，后来供职于《国土报》、《光明报》、土耳其国家电视台等多家土耳其国家媒体。照他的话来说，他已经完成了“好几千个”关于中国，关于北京的报道和评论，涉及的领域包括政治、经济、文化、体育、娱乐、艺术、历史、社会生活等方方面面。他国内的同事常常羡慕他能找到源源不断的生动题材。

　　说起过去五年北京的发展变化，雷文庭简直了若指掌：他见证了中关村作为全国的创新示范区在科技创新方面的蓬勃发展；他体验了共享经济带来的便捷生活，不仅常骑共享单车，还对共享产权住房充满了浓厚兴趣；他认为“一带一路”为曾经作为古丝绸之路交通枢纽的土耳其带来了崭新的契机，中欧班列使两国能更方便快捷地交换优质货物。

　　Levent Uluçer calls himself a Lao Beijing Ren, treating Beijing as his hometown. “When I go to Turkey, there’s actually no home for me”, he says, “when I come back here, I come to my home.” His sharp eyes for news as a journalist enable him to closely follow the pace of the city of Beijing and capture the changes that are undergoing.

　　When asked about the changes and development of Beijing in the past five years, he shares his whole new perspectives regarding the Belt and Road Initiative, technology innovation, sharing economy as well as sports and culture.

　　He says “to go” is the best way of learning a place and insists that his two daughters in Turkey should get to Beijing more to experience its rich cultures and feel the irresistible charm as which he fell for right away through the China-related documentary on Turkish TV almost 15 years ago .

　　同时，作为纪录片导演和电影演员的老雷是个资深的“文艺中年”，对于北京将谋划文化中心建设新的发展格局，他认为过去五年，北京在当代文化、艺术方面的发展成绩斐然，798、宋庄、草场地等艺术区气氛活跃。然而世界对于这一切的了解还远远不够。比如，作为一个酷爱喝茶的人，他认为北京的马连道茶叶一条街应该让世界上更多茶叶爱好者熟知和喜爱。

　　发展体育产业是推动北京建设现代国际城市的重要助力，老雷认为在过去五年群众体育的发展最打动他，他最喜闻乐见的体育形式竟然是群众参与度非常高的“广场舞”！

　　雷文庭自称“老北京人”，而把北京称作“家乡”，在这里生活、工作了将近15年的他经常骑着一辆电动自行车穿行在北京的大街小巷采访、报道；他知道鼓楼最火爆的蛋糕店和 798最安静的茶社；他用自学但流利的中文像老朋友般地与店铺店员打招呼聊天；他笑称对外部世界讨论最多的“北京空气污染”问题并不在意，一是他理解这是发展过程中不可避免的难题，二是他感受到了空气质量逐步改善的效果。他认为北京毕竟有太多吸引世界优秀人才的因素。他希望已经来过中国多次的两个女儿以后能有机会再次回到北京，深度感受这里的生活，因为他认为了解一个地方最好的方式就是GO——去那儿！一切的道听途说、断章取义和以偏概全都是对客观真实的不尊重，发现不了真正的美。

　　In the coming weeks, six more heads of foreign media and chief correspondents will join the special series of interviews, Beijing in My Eyes-Conversations with Chief Correspondents presented by Radio Beijing International. The 7-episode series will be aired on Radio Beijing International through 92.3FM and 774AM in late September.
