“我所了解的陕西省，是中国文明的重要发祥地之一。这里历史悠久，文化灿烂，曾经是古丝绸之路的起点，如今又在共建‘一带一路’倡议背景下，成为全球互联互通与合作交流的重要节点。在接下来的几天中，我们将与陕西来一个亲密接触，充分了解能源产业、现代农业、文化旅游以及乡村振兴等诸多领域的发展情况。我也期待能与当地政府及企业代表进行友好交流、体验学习，探寻合作机遇，畅想发展前景。”欧可·乌切说。
“As far as I know, Shaanxi Province is one of the important birthplaces of Chinese civilization. It has a long history and impressive culture. It used to be the starting point of the ancient Silk Road, but now it has become an important portal for global interconnection, cooperation and exchange, in line with the Belt and Road Initiative. In the next few days, we will be discovering and exploring the beautiful province of Shaanxi, to fully understand its development and opportunities in the energy industry, modern agriculture, cultural tourism, rural revitalization and many other fields. “本次活动期间，我们从榆林启程，用意深远。作为‘塞北明珠’的榆林，自然资源富集、文化底蕴深厚、发展势头强劲，足以使其成为国际社会观察中国、了解中国、读懂中国式现代化的重要窗口，榆林蕴藏着中国与世界各国开展交流合作的巨大机遇。”范建平说。

As “a pearl of the north of the Great Wall”, Yulin boasts rich natural resources, profound cultural heritage, and strong development momentum, making it an important window for the international community to see China, learn about China, and understand Chinese-style modernization. “本次活动，我们有幸邀请到了来自尼日利亚、捷克、波黑、加纳、柬埔寨、津巴布韦、老挝、马拉维、马里、莫桑比克、阿根廷、巴哈马、布基纳法索、肯尼亚、几内亚、索马里等16个国家的驻华外交官，利用6天时间，参访榆林市、宝鸡市、西安市鄠邑区、杨凌示范区，考察陕西在投资合作、对外开放、文化旅游、科技创新、乡村振兴等方面的发展成果及合作机遇。”范建平说。
“In this event, we have the honor to invite diplomats in China from 16 countries, including Nigeria, the Czech Republic, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ghana, Cambodia, Zimbabwe, Laos, Malawi, Mali, Mozambique, Argentina, Bahamas, Burkina Faso, Kenya, Guinea and Somalia. They will spend 6 days visiting Yulin, Baoji, Xi’an, and Yangling Demonstration Zone to see the development achievements and cooperation opportunities of Shaanxi in investment cooperation, opening up, cultural tourism, technological innovation, and rural revitalization,” Fan Jianping said.

范建平表示，陕西，一直是中国走向世界的典型代表，也是世界了解中国的重要窗口。国际在线始终致力于向世界讲好中国故事，展示真实、立体、全面的中国。从2017年开始，策划推出了“驻华外交官看陕西”系列主题活动，至今已成功举办了五届，先后邀请了70多个国家的近100位驻华使节走进陕西进行参观访问、交流考察，推动合作对接，向世界讲述陕西好故事，展示陕西新形象。
Fan Jianping said that Shaanxi has always been a typical example of China’s move to go global and also an important window for the world to learn about China. CRI Online is always committed to telling China’s stories to the world and showing a real, multidimensional and comprehensive China. Launched in 2017, the series theme activity of “Shannxi Trip for Diplomats in China” has been successfully held for five sessions. Over 100 envoys to China from over 70 countries have been invited to Shaanxi for visits, communication, and surveys, thus bolstering cooperation, telling Shaanxi’s stories well to the world, and displaying Shaanxi’s new image.

杨扬表示，近年来，榆林市经济增速持续保持全国前列，经济总量稳居中西部非省会城市之首。从榆林高新区获批陕西自贸区协同创新区，到榆林国际航空口岸列入国家口岸“十四五”规划；从率先在全省首发“西部陆海新通道”国际货运班列到“榆西欧”中欧班列实现常态化运营。地处黄土高原腹地的榆林，俨然成为中国联通亚欧的重要一环，亦是内陆改革开放新高地。榆林也是一座文化之城，人文历史古迹众多，红色旅游资源丰富，现代产业繁荣昌盛。
Yang Yang said that, in recent years, Yulin's economy has maintained a rapid growth, consistently ranking at the forefront of the nation. The city's economic output has secured its position as the leading non-capital city in the central and western regions. From the approval of the Yulin High-tech Zone as a collaborative innovation zone of the Shaanxi Pilot Free Trade Zone to the inclusion of the Yulin International Aviation Port in the national "14th Five-Year Plan" for ports, from pioneering the launch of the "New Western Land-Sea Corridor" international freight train to the normalization of the "Yulin-Western Europe" China-Europe train operations, Yulin has become a crucial link connecting Asia and Europe and a new hub for inland reform and opening up. Yulin is also a city rich in culture, with numerous historical sites and abundant tourism resources related to the Communist Party of China, along with flourishing modern industries.
