Talking about the night economy in Beilin District, Xu Lin says that in order to better meet the consumption demand of quality, diversification and convenience, the Beilin District has held a series of " Beilin Night·Happy Life" activities for several consecutive years. Xu Lin says that in recent years, the Beilin District has actively explored, integrated, and utilized historical and cultural advantages to expand the new pattern of opening-up to the world. Zhang Yan, Director of Publicity Center of Chan-Ba Ecological District(Bureau of Culture and Tourism) of Xi'an, answers the question. She says that when we learn about the Chinese history and classic relics in Xi’an,what we will see is the long-lasting charm of an ancient capital for thousands of years. In Xi 'an CED, we will see the beauty of green ecology, the charm of colorful humanities, and the modern New Xi’an featuring, fashion and openness. The combination of "ecology" and "cultural tourism" has become a unique tag of CED. Xi'an CED is the "City of the Future". It is developing based on the pattern of driving the regional development by river regulation, supporting the ecological construction by new district development, and promoting economic development with environment protection. Xi'an CED is the "City of Convention and Exhibition". Since the operation of Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center, it has successively held a number of influential exhibitions and conferences, such as the 12th Xi'an Auto Show. It has become an important engine for the development of Xi'an exhibition economy and a new city landmark. In the future, this center will also provide a comprehensive exhibition, conference, exchange and trading platform for the countries, regions and cities along the Belt and Road. 黄秦政表示，西安浐灞的生态之绿，是1200公顷水面、2000多公顷园林和六大生态公园打造成的一座会呼吸的城市花园；浐灞的时尚之绿，是以“生态园林化、城市艺术化”的生活美学理念，打造的“人、自然、艺术”协调发展的诗意栖居环境；浐灞的跃动之绿，是生活在这里的人展现出的无限活力，是将绿色融入生活的绿色时尚体验。

Huang Qinzheng says that, from the ecological aspect, Xi'an CED is a breathing city park with 1200 hectares of water, more than 2000 hectares of parks and six ecological parks. From the green fashion aspect, the CED indicates a poetic living environment of coordinated development of human, nature and art, based on the aesthetic concept of "ecological horticulture and urban art". From the city vitality aspect, the CED showcased the boundless vitality of people living here and the green fashion experience of integrating green into life.

碑林区创新活力迸发。碑林区大力推进环大学创新产业带建设，建立4.3万平方米的西安创新设计中心，搭建了创业孵化、技术转移服务、投融资服务、产品展示交易、公共服务5大平台和“一站式”创新创业服务中心，建成MFG、优客工场等众创载体125个、面积298.25万平方米，是西安市“双创”五个主阵地之一。

Beilin District has witnessed the boom of Innovative vitality. Beilin District is vigorously promoting the construction of the university-based industrial belt, establishing Xi'an Innovation Design Center with 43,000 square meters, and building five public service platforms and "one-step" entrepreneurship and innovation service center for business incubation, technology transfer service, investment and financing service, product exhibition and transaction, and public service. There are 125 mass innovation carriers including MFG and Youke Workshop, covering an area of 2,982,500 square meters. It is one of the five main areas on mass entrepreneurship and innovation in Xi'an.

碑林区科教资源富集。区域内聚集了西安交通大学、西北工业大学等17所高校，131家科研机构，各类科研人员3万多人。基于此，碑林区建立了环大学技术转移平台，并与北京大学、复旦大学等15所国内知名高校和地区创新联盟合作成立了环大学技术转移联盟。碑林区是全市乃至全国科技人才、科技成果最密集的城区之一。

Beilin District is rich in science and education resources. Seventeen universities such as Xi'an Jiaotong University and Northwestern Polytechnical University, 131 scientific research institutions and more than 30,000 researchers have gathered in the region. Under this circumstance, Beilin District has set up a University-Based Technology Transfer Service Platform, and established the University-Based Technology Transfer Union with 15 well-known domestic universities and regional innovation alliances, including Peking University and Fudan University. Beilin District is prosperous and fashionable.
