在“融合化”方面，卢红表示，武隆首先要加快建设国家文旅融合示范区，实现“产在城中、城在景中、景在产中”以及“山水田共生、业居游共享、产城景共融”的产城景融合发展；同时，加快推进“旅游+”、“+旅游”，让仙女红茶、武隆苕粉等山地特色高效产品以及各类文创产品卖得更好，将清洁能源、旅游商品等生态工业做大做强，实现一、二、三产业深度融合，带动老百姓就业创业、增收致富，增强老百姓的幸福感、获得感。

 In terms of "integration", Lu Hong says,  "Wulong should first speed up construction of a national cultural and tourism integration demonstration zone to achieve a complete synthesis of urban cities, production and industry, natural sceneries such as mountains and paddy fields, residences, and tourism. At the same time, promotion of "Tourism Plus" and "Plus Tourism"  will be a priority. This will increase the popularity of various products, such as Fairy Mountain black tea, Wulong vetch noodles, numerous cultural and creative products, clean energy products, and eco-tourism commodities. Primary, secondary, and tertiary industries will all be deeply integrated to create additional jobs and encourage entrepreneurship amongst the people, raise the average income, and boost the public’s happiness and satisfaction."

直播现场，针对“引领化”，卢红表示，武隆将充分发挥承接重庆主城都市区、联通黔北的重要联结点功能，积极对接成渝地区文化旅游长廊建设，增强旅游对渝东南武陵山区城镇群的辐射带动能力，加快建设渝东南旅游集散中心。

In terms of "guidance", Lu Hong says during the live event,   "Wulong will utilize the downtown area of Chongqing to its fullest extent in order to connect the north of Guizhou Province with the Chengdu-Chongqing docking region so that construction can proceed on a cultural tourism corridor. Tourism will give more impetus to towns in Wuling Mountains in the southeast of Chongqing, which will speed up Wulong's transformation into a tourist hub."

“武隆将以仙女山机场的通航为契机，加速建设星际未来城、天下鹊桥、树顶漫步等一批具有国际吸引力的核心产品，着力推进国际间合作交流，加强与欧美、东南亚及‘一带一路’沿线的国家的优秀旅游城市开展合作营销。我们将再用五年时间，把武隆打造成为世界知名旅游目的地。”卢红表示，武隆也将着力推进“快进慢旅”服务体系，加快推进交通网络建设；引进以安曼酒店、地中海酒店等国际品牌酒店为重点的旅游要素配套服务体系。

"Wulong will take the opening of Fairy Mountain airport as an opportunity to accelerate the construction of a number of key projects with international appeal, such as Interstellar Future City, the Magpie Bridge, Treetop Walk, and more. These projects will help promote international cooperation and exchanges, and strengthen collaboration and marketing with top-tier tourist cities in the United States, Southeast Asia, and countries along the Belt and Road. We will spend another five years building Wulong into a world-famous tourist destination." Lu Hong says that the district would also focus on promoting the "fast and slow travel" service model, fast-tracking transportation network construction, and placing the Amman Hotel, Mediterranean Hotel, and other international brand hotels as the focal point of the supplementary tourism service system.

During the live stream, Lu Hong illustrates the internationalization of Wulong by introducing the Fairy Mountain Airport, which will be open soon. It is reported that the airport's first four routes will be Jinan-Wulong-Chengdu, Hangzhou-Wulong-Chengdu, Shanghai-Wulong-Chengdu, and Beijing-Wulong. To further interlink domestic and international tourist cities, the airport will also offer flights to Zhangjiajie, Jiuzhaigou, and other famous scenic areas.

生放送の現場で、盧紅区長にはこれから運営開始となる仙女山空港をご紹介頂き、武隆の国際化の成果を示しました。情報によると、仙女山空港の第1陣の路線は、済南—武隆—成都、杭州—武隆—成都、上海—武隆—成都、北京—武隆を含めた4つとのことです。今後、当該空港は張家界、九寨溝などの観光名所を経由するフライトを打ち出し、より多くの海外および国内の観光都市を繋げていきます。

“全域旅游是发展趋势。武隆除了仙女山、白马山、天生三桥、芙蓉洞等知名景区，后坪苗寨、浩口田家寨、土地犀牛寨、堰塘村、大田湿地人家、火炉纳溪原乡等，也是值得一游的精品乡村旅游点。”卢红表示，未来5年，武隆计划再造2个5A级景区，3个—5个4A级景区，10个左右3A、2A级景区，30个左右精品乡村旅游点，从观光游到度假游，做到产品全覆盖、人群全覆盖。”

"All-for-one tourism is a trend. In addition to famous scenic spots such as Fairy Mountain, Baima Mountain, Tiansheng Third Bridge, and Furong Cave, there are many other places worthy of being first-class rural tourist destinations, such as Houping Miao Village, Haokou Tianjia Village, Land Rhinoceros Village, Yantang Village, Datian Wetland People's House, and Huolu Naxi Village." Lu Hong says that Wulong plans to create two additional 5A scenic areas, three to five 4A scenic areas, ten 3A and 2A scenic areas, and around 30 first-class rural tourist destinations from sightseeing tours to vacation packages in the next five years, covering as many products and people as possible. 

「全域観光が発展のトレンドです。武隆には、仙女山、白馬山、天生三橋、芙蓉洞などの観光名所の他、後坪苗寨、浩口田家寨、土地犀牛寨、堰塘村、大田湿地人家、火炉納溪原郷なども訪れるべきこだわりの田舎観光スポットです。」盧紅さんによると、今後5年間で、武隆にさらに2か所の5A級観光地、3～5か所の4A級観光地、10か所ほどの3A、2A級観光地、30か所ほどのこだわりの田舎観光スポットを建設し、観光旅行からリゾート旅行まで、全製品・全対象をカバーすることを計画しています。

卢红表示，为推动文旅产业供给侧结构性改革，更好地满足游客需求，武隆区将瞄准全域化、国际化、融合化、引领化这“四化”，打造世界知名旅游目的地。

 Lu Hong states that Wulong will focus on globalization, internationalization, integration, and leadership to turn itself into a world-renowned tourist destination in order to promote supply-side structural reform of the cultural and tourism industry, and better meet the needs of tourists.

盧紅さんは、文化観光産業の供給側構造改革を促進し、観光客のニーズをさらに満たすため、全域化、国際化、統合化、牽引化という「四つの化」に焦点を絞り、武隆区を世界的に有名な観光目的地とすると伝えました。

卢红还提到，来自法国的美食艺术家吉尔斯·斯图萨特创作法式餐厅——“漂浮的岛屿”，将美食融入艺术；来自日本的艺术家松本秋则用老屋改造“竹音剧院”，创作了100多件精美的竹制乐器，取用了武隆当地的竹材；日本艺术家浅井裕介历时3个多月创作的巨幅壁画——《大地从天而降》，为武隆诠释了“泥土是有声音的”。“在武隆，聆听中国的声音；在武隆，倾听世界的回响；在武隆，感受地球的心跳。武隆的心跳，联动世界的脉搏！”卢红说道。

Lu Hong also mentions how the French culinary artist Gilles Stassart created a French restaurant named "Floating Island", which integrates food and art. The Japanese artist Akinori Matsumoto used an old house to transform the "Aural Scenery in Wulong", and created more than 100 exquisite bamboo musical instruments by using local Wulong bamboo. Japanese artist Yusuke Asai also created a giant mural named "Earth Fell from the Sky" which lasted more than 3 months and interpreted Wulong as a place where "the earth itself has a voice". "In Wulong, listen to the voice of China. In Wulong, listen to the echoes of the world. In Wulong, feel the heartbeat of the earth. Wulong's heartbeat is linked to the pulse of the world!" says Lu Hong.

盧紅さんにはまた、他の芸術家たちのエピソードをご紹介頂きました。フランスのフードアーティストであるジル・スタッサールさんにより、グルメをアートに取り入れたフレンチレストラン「フローティング・アイランド」が建てられました。日本からのアーティスト・松本秋さんは古い家を改修して「竹音劇場」に変え、さらに武隆産の竹を使って、100以上の美しい竹製の楽器を作りました。日本のアーティスト・浅井裕介さんは3か月以上かけて、巨大な壁画、「天から落ちる大地」を描き下ろし、武隆の「土は声を出している」ことを代弁しました。「武隆で中国の声、世界の響きに耳を傾け、地球の鼓動を感じてください。武隆の鼓動は、世界の脈拍と繋がっています」と盧紅区長は言います。

“2019年，克里斯蒂安·波尔坦斯基将这些‘心跳’带到了中国，带到了武隆懒坝国际大地艺术度假区，在这里建立了中国第一所也是唯一一所‘心跳博物馆’。”卢红说道，“如果要问他为什么会选择武隆？我想，正是因为心动，所以选择留下‘心跳’。”

 "In 2019, Christian Boltanski brought these 'heartbeats' to China and to the Wulong Lanba International Land Art Resort, where China's first and only 'Heart Pavilion Wulong' was established." Lu Hong poses the question, "You may wonder why he chose Wulong. I think it was because his heart was moved, so he chose to let his 'heartbeats' stay."

「2019年、クリスチャン・ボルタンスキーさんは集めた『心臓音』を中国、武隆懶垻国際大地芸術リゾート区に持ち込み、中国で初めて唯一の『心臓音博物館』を建てました。」「なぜ武隆を選んだのかと彼に聞いたとしたら、たぶん、ここが彼の心を動かすようなところだからこそ、ここに『心臓音』を残すことにしたと答えるでしょう」と盧紅さんは言います。

Continuing along with the "heartbeat" concept, Lu Hong introduces the story of the famous French artist Christian Boltanski who collected human heartbeats around the world and established the heartbeat archives.

「心臓の音」が流れる中、盧紅さんにはフランスの有名な芸術家クリスチャン・ボルタンスキーさんが世界から人々の心音を集め、心臓音のアーカイブを作ったことをご紹介頂きました。

随着画面中自行车铰链摩擦声、呼吸声、欢呼声等声音响起，卢红介绍了近年来在武隆集合的众多国际国内顶级赛事。其中，武隆国际山地户外运动公开赛已经连续成功举办16届，来自全球60多个国家和地区的众多户外运动顶级专业运动员前来参赛；仙女山国际露营音乐节已经连续成功举办10届，已经成为西南地区极具影响力的夏季户外运动音乐品牌盛会。

Along with the scraping sound of a bicycle hinge, breathing, cheering, and other sounds, Lu Hong elaborates on the numerous top international and domestic competitions which have gathered in Wulong in recent years. Among them, China International Mountain Quest has been held in Wulong for 16 consecutive years. Participants include countless top professional outdoor sports athletes from more than 60 countries and regions around the world. The Fairy Mountain International Camping Music Festival has been held for 10 years in a row. It has become the most influential summer outdoor sports and music event in Southwest China.

動画から流れた自転車のチェーンがこすれる音や、呼吸音、歓声などを背景に、盧紅さんは近年、武隆で開催された多くの海外や国内のトップ大会についてご説明頂きました。そこで、武隆国際山地アウトドアスポーツオープンは16回連続で無事開催され、世界の60以上の国や地域から、たくさんのアウトドアスポーツのトップアスリートが参戦しました。また、仙女山国際キャンプ音楽祭も10回連続で開催され、中国南西部で最も影響力のある夏のアウトドアスポーツ・音楽のブランド盛会となっています。

当前，现场播放的画面中，相继出现朗朗读书声、战马嘶叫声、炮火声，串联起“白云书院”“长孙无忌”“白马山战役”三个历史文化故事；非遗传人张麒麟用木叶吹奏乐曲的声音、七彩陶烧制期间木材燃烧的声音，串联起了武隆的非遗故事。

The video then played contains the sounds of reciting, horses’ neigh, and cannon fire. As these sounds appear one after another, they connect three distinct historical and cultural stories, namely "Baiyun Academy", "Zhangsun Wuji" and "The War of Baima Mountain". Zhang Qilin's (an intangible cultural heritage inheritor) musical performance accompanied by the sound of leaves and firewood crackling during the firing of colorful pottery connects all the stories concerning Wulong's intangible cultural heritage.

ただいま現場で流れた動画からは、明るい朗読の声、戦馬の鳴き声、砲や銃の音が次々と聞こえ、「白雲書院」「長孫無忌」「白馬山戦役」の3つの歴史文化の物語を繋げ、無形文化遺産伝承者の張麒麟さんが木の葉で楽曲を演奏する音、七彩陶を焼く木材が燃える音によって、武隆の無形文化遺産の物語が展開されました。

“武隆，人杰地灵，英才辈出。从古到今，武隆留下了成千上万种声音，它们汇聚在一起成为了只属于武隆的‘声音’。”卢红说道。

 "Wulong is known for its picturesque landscapes and talented residents. From ancient times to the present, thousands of voices have remained in Wulong. When combined, all of these voices become the one-of-a-kind "sound" of Wulong." Lu Hong claims.

「武隆からは、たくさんの傑出した人物が生まれ、優れた人材を輩出しています。古代より、武隆には数え切れないほどの声が残され、それらが集まって、今、武隆だけの『声』になっています」と盧紅さんは言います。

现场，历史学家邹后曦介绍了武隆的悠久历史，通过反映了乌江沿线巴文化、盐茶文化的“土坎商周遗址”，突出武隆深厚的历史文化底蕴。据悉，武隆区共有地面不可移动文物点1510处，数量位居全市第二位；馆藏文物4000件，数量位居渝东南第一位。

Historian Zou Houxi introduces the long history of Wulong. The Shang and Zhou Dynasties Tukan Ruins reflect the Ba and Salt-Tea cultures along the Wujiang River, and also highlight the historical and cultural richness of Wulong. It is reported that the district has a total of 1,510 fixed land-based cultural relics. The number ranks second in Chongqing. Meanwhile, its museums house over 4,000 items in their collections, which places Wulong first in southeast Chongqing.

現場では、歴史学者の鄒後曦さんに武隆の悠久な歴史をご紹介頂きました。烏江沿線における巴文化、塩茶文化を反映した「土坎商周遺跡」では、武隆の奥深い歴史や文化的根底が強調されました。解説によると、武隆区には、1510か所の地面上で移動不可能な文化財があり、その数は全市で第2位となっています。館蔵文化財は4000件で、その数は重慶南東部で第1位です。

Part 2 of the Governor's Live Broadcast segment: Falling in Love with Wulong

続いて、「区長生放送」ステージの2つ目のコーナー、「心動かす武隆」に入ります。

“国家5A级旅游风景区——武隆仙女山国家森林公园已与瑞士少女峰景区结为‘姊妹景区’，被誉为‘东方瑞士’、‘南国牧原’。这里一年四季都有别致的景色，游人可春看花，夏赏月，秋观叶，冬玩雪。”卢红以“时间”为对话主题介绍了仙女山景区。据了解，经过13年的高品质打造，武隆区已建成仙女山国家级旅游度假区，并不断丰富休闲、度假、康养、运动等各种业态。仙女山还常年举办仙女山国际露营音乐节、国际冰雪童话季、风筝季、啤酒节等节庆娱乐活动。

 "Fairy Mountain National Forest Park in Wulong, a national 5A tourist attraction, has become a twin scenic area with the Jungfrau Region in Switzerland. Its rolling pastures have helped it become known as the 'Switzerland of the East'. Spring flowers, the summer moon, autumn leaves, and winter snow mean that this region glimmers all year round." Lu Hong introduces the Fairy Mountain Scenic Area by seasons. After 13 years of careful development, Wulong District has completed the Fairy Mountain National Tourist Resort and enriched its business via recreational, health, and sports-related activities, among others. Festive entertainment events are held in Fairy Mountain, including the Fairy Mountain International Camping Music Festival, the International Ice and Snow Fairy Tale Festival, the Kite Festival, and the Beer Festival.

「国家5A級観光景勝地の武隆仙女山国家森林公園はすでにスイスのユングフラウ観光地と『姉妹観光地』を結び、『東洋のスイス』、『南国の牧原』と呼ばれています。ここは一年中独特な景色を見ることができます。観光客は、春には花見、夏には月見、秋には紅葉狩り、冬には雪見が堪能できます。」盧紅さんには「時間」をテーマに、仙女山観光地をご紹介頂きました。13年に及ぶ高品質な開発を経て、武隆区には仙女山国家級観光リゾートが建設され、レジャー、リゾート、健康・ウェルネス、スポーツなど、多種多様な業態を絶えず充実させてきました。仙女山では仙女山国際キャンプ音楽祭、国際氷雪童話シーズン、凧シーズン、ビール祭などのフェスティバルやエンターテインメントイベントも長年開催されています。

“山是一座桥，桥是一座山，桥连坑，坑接桥，洞生洞，二山生三桥，三桥连两坑，气势磅礴，景象万千。”紧接着，卢红以“心灵居所”为对话主题，介绍了天生三桥。据悉，张艺谋导演的电影《满城尽带黄金甲》中的著名片段、由好莱坞著名导演迈克尔·贝导演的电影《变形金刚4》的部分片段皆在此取景。

英文： "The mountains formed bridges, and the bridges connected to holes. Three bridges were born between two mountains and connect with two holes, which are magnificent and breathtaking." Lu Hong introduces the Three Natural Bridges under the concept of "Home is Where the Heart is". Famous scenes from Zhang Yimou's film Curse of the Golden Flower and some scenes from Transformers: Age of Extinction, directed by renowned Hollywood director Michael Bay, were filmed here.

続いて、「山は橋、橋は山、橋が穴を繋ぎ、穴が橋に繋がり、洞窟の中にはまた洞窟、2つの山が3つの橋を生み出し、3つの橋が2つの穴を繋ぎ、とても雄大で変幻自在です」と、盧紅さんに「心の居場所」をテーマに、天生三橋をご紹介頂きました。張芸謀監督の映画「王妃の紋章」の中の有名なシーン、ハリウッドの有名監督であるマイケル・ベイ監督の映画「トランスフォーマー4」の一部シーンもここで撮影されたのです。

卢红表示，芙蓉洞旁被誉为“水上喀斯特森林”的芙蓉江也同样美丽，并引用了清代诗人翁若梅称赞芙蓉江的诗句——“水送山迎入芙蓉，一川游兴画图中。”

 Lu Hong says that the Furong River next to the Furong Cave is billed as the "water karst forest", and is picturesque as well. She quotes a line written by Weng Ruomei, a Qing Dynasty poet, who praised the Furong River, "Traveling on the Furong River and savoring the landscape, a tapestry of mountains and rivers unfolding before one's very eyes."

盧紅さんは、芙蓉洞の横にある、「水上のカルストの森」として知られている芙蓉江も同じくらい美しいと言い、清代の詩人・翁若梅が芙蓉江を詠んだ詩句「水送山迎入芙蓉、一川游興画図中（水に送られ、山に迎えられながら芙蓉江を下り、一つの川を辿っただけで絵の中を遊び尽くしたようだ）」を引用しました。

通过卢红的介绍，我们了解到，中国工程院院士卢耀如给予芙蓉洞“美学价值最高的洞穴”的评价；中国洞穴研究会原会长朱学稳教授称其是“一座斑斓辉煌的地下艺术宫殿”；世界洞穴协会会长安迪更是把它称为“世界最好的游览洞穴之一”，且为其冠以“溶洞之王”的美名。

Lu Hong recalls why Lu Yaoru, academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, considers Furong Cave as "an aesthetic marvel". Professor Zhu Xuewen, former president of the Cave Research Society of China, regards it as a "gorgeous subterranean art palace". Andy Eavis, president of the International Union of Speleology, even called it "one of the best caves to visit in the world" and named it "the king of all karst caves".

盧紅さんのご紹介を通して、中国工程院院士の盧耀如さんは、芙蓉洞を「美学的価値が最も高い洞窟」と評価し、中国洞窟研究会元会長の朱学穏教授は「輝かしい地下芸術宮殿」と呼び、国際洞窟学連合理事長のアンディーさんは「世界で最も美しい観光洞窟の1つ」と言い、「鍾乳洞の王」の名を与えたことが分かりました。

“艾琳说她的心就在武隆。”卢红以“心”为对话主题，讲述了国际知名洞穴探险队的成员艾琳与武隆芙蓉洞于2001年结缘、此后10多次来到武隆考察探险的经历。在艾琳看来，芙蓉洞可与美国的猛犸洞、法国的克拉姆斯洞等世界知名洞穴媲美。

 "Erin said that she loves Wulong." Lu Hong elaborates on the experience of Erin Lynch, a member of a world-renowned caving expedition. She first visited Furong Cave in Wulong back in 2001, and has returned to Wulong over 10 times since then. Erin felt that Furong Cave is on par with world-famous caves such as Mammoth Cave in the United States and Grotte de Clamouse in France.

「エリンさんは、自分の心は武隆にあると言っていました。」盧紅さんは「心」をテーマに、国際的に有名な洞窟探検隊の隊員であるエリンさんが2001年初めて武隆の芙蓉洞に訪れ、それから10回以上武隆まで実地調査、探検に行かれた経験をお話し頂きました。エリンさんによると、芙蓉洞はアメリカのマンモス・ケーブや、フランスのクラマウス洞窟などの世界的に有名な洞窟にも匹敵するそうです。

卢红讲述了关于白马山的爱情故事。传说，白马王子敖嘲风、青衣仙女张天阳两人因为相爱触怒王母娘娘，被贬化为白马山、仙女山两座仙山，隔江相望。滔滔乌江水阻隔了白马与仙女的情缘，巍巍望仙崖见证了他们千百年永恒的爱恋。紧接着，直播现场插入了恋人告白VCR。

Lu Hong recounts the love story in Baima Mountain. Legend has it that the love between Ao Chaofeng, Prince Charming, and Zhang Tianyang, the Fairy, angered Queen Mother of the West. The lovers were banished and turned into Baima Mountain and Fairy Mountain which faced each other across the river. The surging Wujiang River prevented Prince Charming and the Fairy from being together, and the towering Wangxian Cliff has witnessed their eternal love which has lasted for thousands of years. A pre-taped message of a couple confessing their love is played.

盧紅さんに白馬山での恋物語をお話頂きました。伝説によれば、白馬の王子の敖嘲風と、青衣仙女の張天陽は恋に落ち、西王母を激怒させ、川を挟んで向かい合った白馬山と仙女山に姿を変えられました。烏江の水は白馬と仙女の縁を断ち切りましたが、そびえ立つ望仙崖は彼らの何千年もの愛を見届けてきました。さて、続いて、生放送の現場では恋人たちが告白するVTRが流れました。

“武隆的大美山水让人流连忘返，流传在武隆大地上的白马王子和仙女的爱情神话更让人感动。”卢红介绍，武隆区已将白马山天尺情缘景区建成国家4A级旅游景区，并以白马王子和青衣仙女的爱情故事为主题，打造了全球唯一双子互动式飞行岛大型娱乐体验项目——飞天之吻。

"Wulong's gorgeous landscapes tempt one to linger. The love story between Prince Charming and the Fairy which is told in Wulong is even more touching." Lu Hong says that Wulong District has transformed the Tianchi Qingyuan Scenic Spot in Baima Mountain into a national 4A tourist attraction. Using the love story as a central theme, the government has also constructed a large-scale entertainment program called the Flying Kiss, which claims to be "the only twin interactive flying island in the world".

「武隆の壮麗な山や川は人々に名残惜しさを感じさせ、武隆に伝わる白馬の王子と仙女の愛の神話は特に感動的です。」盧紅さんによると、武隆区は白馬山天尺情縁観光地を国家4A級観光地として建設し、さらに白馬の王子と青衣仙女の恋物語をテーマとした、世界で唯一のツイン インタラクティブ フライング アイランドのエンターテインメント体験施設「フライングキス」を打ち出しました。

“白马山不仅有浩瀚的原始森林、万亩高山杜鹃花海、高山湿地、黄莺大峡谷等自然景观，还有天尺坪茶海等人文景观，以及盐茶古道文化、贡茶文化。我们正加快打造白马山旅游度假区。”现在，卢红以“爱情”为对话主题，详细介绍武隆白马山景区。

"The natural landscape of Wulong's Baima Mountain consists of sprawling virgin forests, clusters of Lapland rosebay, mountainous wetlands, and the Huangying Grand Canyon. Cultural locations and ceremonies such as the Tianchiping Tea Garden, Salt-tea Road, and tea offerings can be found as well. We are accelerating the development of the Baima Mountain Tourist Resort." Using "love" as the central concept, Lu Hong goes into detail about the Wulong Baima Mountain Scenic Area.

「白馬山には広大な未開発の森や、1万ムー（約667ヘクタール）の高山ツツジ、高山湿地、黄鶯大峡谷などの自然景観があり、さらに天尺坪茶海などの人文景観や、塩茶古道文化、貢茶文化もあります。私たちは現在急ピッチで白馬山観光リゾートの構築を進めています。」これからは、盧紅さんから「愛情」をテーマに、武隆の白馬山風景区を詳しくご紹介頂きます。

现场，卢红讲起了旅游达人许秉宽20多年来近160次游武隆的故事。在许秉宽心里，武隆不仅是他的第二故乡，更是他的精神家园。

Lu Hong tells the story of the avid traveler Xu Bingkuan, who has made nearly 160 trips to Wulong over the past two decades. Xu Bingkuan not only considers the place to be his second hometown, but his spiritual home as well.

現場で、盧紅さんは旅の達人の許秉寛さんが過去20数年で160回近く武隆を訪れた話をされました。許秉寛さんにとって、武隆は第二の故郷だけではなく、精神の故郷でもあるといいます。

“绿水青山就是金山银山。武隆同时拥有国家‘5A级旅游景区’‘国家级旅游度假区’‘世界自然遗产’ ‘首批国家全域旅游示范区’四块金字招牌，于2007年与云南石林、贵州荔波一起被评为‘中国南方喀斯特’世界自然遗产。”卢红在推介中表示，武隆全域都是美景。2019年旅游资源普查显示，武隆全区有具备开发价值的自然景观达697处。

 "Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets. Wulong has been designated as a 5A Tourist Attraction, a National Tourist Resort, a UNESCO Natural World Heritage Site, and one of the first National Tourism Demonstration Zones. In 2007, it was designated as a 'South China Karst' World Natural Heritage Site along with the Stone Forest in Yunnan and Libo in Guizhou." In Lu Hong’s words, every inch of Wulong is breath-taking. According to the 2019 Tourism Resources Survey, there are 697 natural landscapes with development potential in Wulong.

现场，地质学家黄保健作为嘉宾介绍了武隆的地质特点。武隆地处武陵山系与大娄山系的交错地带，拥有独特的喀斯特地貌。武隆是大自然的恩赐，这里孕育了多类型、多层次的喀斯特奇观，包含山、水、洞、泉、林、峡等自然美景，展现出雄、奇、险、秀、幽、绝等特点。

Geologist Huang Baojian is invited to give an introduction to the geological features of Wulong on the spot. Located in an area where the Wuling Mountains are interwoven with the Dalou mountain range, Wulong is typified by its karst landforms. The district has extensive karst topography encompassing mountains, water, caves, springs, forests, and gorges which highlight the majesty, marvel, ruggedness, beauty, seclusion, and uniqueness of the area.

地質学者である黄保健さんにはゲストとして、現場で武隆の地質的特徴をご紹介頂きました。武隆は武陵山系と大婁山系が交差する地域に位置し、ユニークなカルスト地形があります。武隆は自然に恵まれ、ここで様々な種類の、重層的なカルスト奇観が育まれました。雄大、奇妙、険しい、秀麗、幽玄、絶景などの特徴を示す山、水、洞窟、泉、林、峡谷などの美しい自然風景があります。

「区長生放送」の最初のコーナー、「天生武隆」が始まりました。

“武隆的山水天生丽质，武隆的故事令人心动，武隆的未来承载梦想。想看看潘帕斯的草场，想领略阿尔卑斯的山川，想倾听雅鲁藏布江的涛声……看世界，到武隆！”卢红在开场推介发言中说道。由重庆市委宣传部、市网信办、市文化和旅游发展委员会联合主办的全市区县“晒旅游精品·晒文创产品”大型文旅推介活动武隆专场正式开启。

"Wulong is blessed with magnificent natural landscapes, and is filled with both inspiring stories and a promising future. If you want to watch the grasslands of the Pampas, the mountains and rivers of the Alps, and the roaring Yarlung Tsangpo River, you should come to Wulong and meet the world from here!" Lu Hong exclaims in her opening presentation. The large-scale cultural tourism promotional event entitled "Fine Tourist Attractions and Cultural and Creative Products Promotion" in Wulong officially commences. It is jointly run by the Publicity Department and the Cyberspace Administration Office of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee and Chongqing Municipal Commission of Culture and Tourism Development.
