接下来进行的是项目签约仪式。此次活动将有37个项目签约，其中涉韩国项目11个，项目总投资620亿元。项目类型包括产业类22个、战略合作协议15个。
Next comes the project signing ceremony, in which part, thirty-seven projects will be signed, including 11 with ROK, with a total investment of 62 billion yuan. Project types include: 22 industrial categories, 15 strategic cooperation agreements.

长春市市长张志军表示：“我谨代表市委、市政府，对中韩（长春）国际合作示范区、示范区党工委、管委会挂牌表示祝贺！中韩（长春）国际合作示范区作为长春市委市政府贯彻落实习近平总书记重要讲话和指示批示精神的重要载体，作为践行省委省政府‘打先锋、站排头’要求的重要举措，历史地看，必将成为我市‘四大板块’和现代化都市圈建设的新引擎；必将构建我市乃至吉林省对外开放的新格局；必将开创我市高质量发展的新时代。”
Zhang Zhijun, the mayor of Changchun, said, “We implemented earnestly the spirit of important speech and instruction of General Secretary Xi Jinping to develop the China-ROK (Changchun) International Cooperation Demonstration Zone and take the lead in accordance with the decision and deployment made by provincial government. It will be the new engine for construction of four categories and modern metropolitan cities. We’ll strive to build up a new pattern of opening up and adhere to high-quality development.
장춘시시장 장즈쥔님은 다음과 같이 말씀하셨습니다. “저는 시위원회, 시정부를 대표하여 중한(장춘) 국제협력 시범구, 시범구 당공위, 관리위원회가 현판을 내걸게 된데 대하여 진심으로 축하드립니다! 국제협력시범구는 장춘시위원회 시정부에서 시진핑 총서기의 중요 담화와 정신지시를 관철시킬 중요한 매개체로서, 성 위원회 성 정부의 '선두를 치고, 앞장서라'는 요구를 실천하는 중요한 조치입니다. 역사적인 시각으로 바라볼때 우리 장춘시의 '4대 판'과 현대화도시권 건설의 새로운 엔진이 될 것이라고  확신합니다. 반드시 우리 시는 물론 길림성까지 대외 개방하는 새로운 구도를 구축할것이며, 우리 장춘시의 질 높은 발전의 새 시대를 열 것입니다.”

示范区将构建“一核、两翼、多园”的空间格局。“一核”是指以干雾海河生态走廊、雾开河生态走廊之间区域为主，集聚研发设计、影视文化、动漫游戏、医疗美容等产业，打造示范区高端服务业发展核心区；“两翼”是指依托长春国际陆港打造“西部陆港”高端制造业集聚区，依托长春龙嘉国际机场打造“东部空港”临空产业集聚区；“多园”是指建设多个集聚集约发展的专业产业园区，包括新能源汽车和智能网联汽车、信息技术、装备制造、医药医疗、健康食品、影视动漫、航空物流、临空制造等园区，配套建设国际商务功能区，依托长春兴隆综合保税区，支持跨境电商等新业态发展。
The Demonstration Zone includes “One Core”, “Two Wings” and “Several Parks”. “One Core”: with the region between the Ecological Corridor of Ganwuhai River and the Ecological Corridor of Wukai River as the core, such industries as R&D, film and television culture, animation, game, medical care and skin care will be congregated in such a core area for the development of top-end services inside the demonstration zone. “Two Wings”: relying on the Changchun International Land Port, efforts will be put into building a “western land port” for a top-end manufacturing cluster, and on the Changchun Longjia International Airport, creating an “eastern airport” for an airport economy cluster. “Several Parks”: several professional industrial parks featuring intensive development for new energy vehicle, intelligent connected vehicle, information technology, equipment manufacturing, medicine, medical care, health food, film and television, animation, aviation logistics and manufacturing will be constructed along with supporting a function area for international businesses. Relying on the Changchun Xinglong Comprehensive Bonded Area, such new businesses as cross-border e-commerce will be supported.
시범구역은 “일핵양익다원” (풀이:한가지 핵심,한쌍의 날개, 여러개의 단지)의 공간 구도를 구축할 예정입니다. '일핵' 즉 한가지 핵심이란 건무해(干雾海) 생태회랑, 무개하 (雾开河)생태회랑 사이 지역을 중심으로 영화드라마문화, 애니메이션게임, 의료뷰티등 산업을 집중연구개발하여 발전시켜 이 지역을 시범구 고급서비스업  발전핵심구역으로 육성하는 것을 말합니다. “양익”즉 한쌍이 날개란 장춘국제육항에 의지하여 육성할 '서부 육항'의 고급 제조업 집합구와 장춘 룽자(龙嘉)국제공항에 의지하여 육성할  '동부 공항' 임공산업집합구를 말합니다. “다원” 즉 여러개의 단지란  여러 개의 집중집약발전 전문산업단지를 건설하는것을 가리킵니다. 여기에는 신에너지차와 스마트네트웍스 자동차, 정보기술, 장비 제조, 의약의료, 건강식품, 영상애니메이션, 항공물류, 임공제조업 등 다양한 전문산업단지를 포함합니다. “다원”은  장춘 싱룽(兴隆)보세구역에 의지하여 크로스오버 전자상거래 등의 새로운 신종사업발전을 지원하기도 합니다. 

​中韩（长春）国际合作示范区是中韩两国立足共建“一带一路”、对接“新北方政策”，加快东北亚区域发展的重要战略举措。
The China-ROK (Changchun) International Cooperation Demonstration Zone offers a strategic opportunity to jointly develop “the Belt and Road Initiative”, further to align “New Northern Policy” and speed up cooperation on development of the Northeast Asia.
중한(장춘) 국제협력 시범구는 한.중 양국이 함께 '일대일로'를 건설하는것을 토대로  '신북방 정책'을 도킹함으로써 동북아 지역 발전을 가속화하기 위한 중요한 전략적 조치입니다.

中韩（长春）国际合作示范区位于长春市东北部，总面积达512平方公里，西临长春市铁路交通枢纽国际陆港，东临长春龙嘉国际机场，南临长春兴隆综合保税区，处于长吉图腹地核心位置，东北亚几何中心。

The China-ROK (Changchun) International Cooperation Demonstration Zone is located in the north-eastern part of Changchun and covers 512 square kilometers. With the International Land Ports, transportation hub of Changchun, to the west, the Changchun Longjia International Airport to the east and the Changchun Xinglong Integrated Free Trade Zone to the south, it’s located in the core areas of Changchun-Jilin-Tumen region and in the geometric center of the Northeast Asia.

중한(장춘) 국제협력 시범구는 장춘시 동북쪽에 위치하고 있으며, 총면적이 512평방킬로미터에 달합니다. 서쪽으로는 장춘시의 철도교통 중추인 국제육항, 동쪽으로는 장춘룽지아(长春龙嘉)국제공항, 남쪽으로는 장춘싱룽(兴隆)종합보세구역에 인접해 창지투(长吉图)오지의 핵심위치에 자리잡고 있어 동북아 기하학적 중심구에 자리잡고 있다고 볼수 있습니다. 

6月29日14时，中韩（长春）国际合作示范区云合作暨项目签约仪式活动在东北亚国际金融中心举行。此次活动分为云合作和项目签约两部分，云合作活动由长春市市长张志军主持，本次活动将通过“云直播”的方式与韩国、日本等国家的嘉宾进行互动。国际在线《直观中国》栏目将对活动进行直播，敬请关注！

At 2 PM June 29, the cloud cooperation and signing ceremony of China-ROK (Changchun) International Cooperation Demonstration Zone will be held in Northeast Asia International Financial Center. This activity includes signing project and the cloud cooperation that will be hosted by Zhang Zhijun, Mayor of Changchun. Chinese participants can exchange views with Korean guests, Japanese guests and others through “cloud live broadcast”.
