Dennis Francis, President of the 78th United Nations General Assembly, gave the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail an exceptional rating of 9.99999 during his visit to China. He also witnessed the people’s overwhelming happiness and strong social cohesion during his exploration of China’s new rural area. 

President Dennis Francis said that in many parts of the world, girls don’t have the opportunity to receive formal education. However, in China, nearly half of the school-age population are girls, which impressed him deeply.

"Humanitarian needs are needs of people in desperate situations." President Dennis Francis once again urged for a ceasefire in the Gaza region on LeadersTalk. He talked about two UN resolutions regarding the Gaza ceasefire, and the initial one was finally adopted after China assumed the presidency of the Security Council.
