沿乐天大街继续向西，经过总里程大约4.5公里的徒步传递后，全运圣火到达了本次火炬传递收火点——渭南市体育中心东广场。
 渭南市体育中心是整个西北地区最大的地级城市综合体育中心。渭南市体育中心不管是全运会吉祥物的展示，还是相关公共体育设施的设立，都彰显着浓郁的全运氛围。在十四运会中，渭南市将承担U19女子篮球、U18男子足球、沙滩排球、举重以及残特奥会飞镖项目等比赛，让我们一起期待选手们的风采吧。

After moving about 4.5 km westward along Letian Street, the torchbearer will arrive at the destination of the torch relay in the city - Weinan Sports Center East Square.
Weinan Sports Center is the largest comprehensive sports center at the prefectural level in Northwest China. The center is brimmed with atmosphere of the 14th National Games from its display of mascots to the establishment of relevant public sports facilities.
During the 14th National Games, Weinan will hold events including U19 women's basketball, U18 mens' soccer, beach volleyball, weightlifting competitions, darts in the 11th National Games for Persons with Disabilities & the 8th National Special Olympic Games, P.R.China. Let' s look forward to the athletes' fantastic performances.

火炬手经过一个“9”字形的回环后，沿乐天大街往西，就到了渭南市博物馆，渭南市博物馆是一座集文物收藏、保护研究、陈列展示、学术交流等为一体的现代化综合博物馆，是渭南爱国主义教育基地，是传承历史文明、凝聚精神力量、增强文化自信的重要平台。

After passing the route in the shape of "9" and heading westward along Letian Street, the torchbearer will arrive at Weinan Museum. Weinan Museum is a modern comprehensive museum integrating the collection, protection and research, display, and academic exchanges of cultural relics. It is a Weinan patriotism education base and an important platform for inheriting historical civilization, pooling spiritual strength, and enhancing cultural self-confidence.

火炬手从渭南市市民综合服务中心出发，沿六泉路、渭河大街、仓程路进入到乐天大街。此次火炬传递路线，涉及渭南很多的地标性建筑，不仅可以让观众加深对渭南的了解，还能更好地向世界推介渭南。

The torchbearer will start from Weinan Citizen Comprehensive Service Center, passes through Liuquan Road, Weihe Street, Cangcheng Road to Letian Street. The torch route covers many landmarks in Weinan, which will not only deepen the audiences' understanding of Weinan but also present the city to the world.

十四运会和残特奥会火炬传递渭南市区站的起跑仪式在渭南市市民综合服务中心举行。渭南市市民综合服务中心是政府、民间组织与市民之间沟通交流互动的窗口，体现政务公开、政社合作、政民互动基本功能。

The launching ceremony of the torch relay of the 14th National Games and the 11th National Games for Persons with Disabilities & the 8th National Special Olympic Games, P.R.China in Weinan City is held at Weinan Citizen Comprehensive Service Center. It is a window where the government, civil organizationsand citizens interact with each other, with basic functions of public notification of government affairs, cooperation of government and social entities, and government-people interaction.

8月18日上午8:00， 十四运会和残特奥会火炬传递渭南市区站活动举行。此次活动由国家体育总局、中国残疾人联合会、陕西省人民政府主办，渭南市人民政府承办。

The torch relay of the 14th National Games and the 11th National Games for Persons with Disabilities & the 8th National Special Olympic Games, P.R.China in Weinan City will start at 8:00 am on August 18. The event is co-hosted by the General Administration of Sport of China, China Disabled Person’s Federation, the People’s Government of Shaanxi Province and organized by Weinan Municipal People’s Government.
