The Spring Festival is the grandest and most lively festival in traditional Chinese culture.

The 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly adopted a resolution designating the Chinese New Year as a "United Nations Holiday", fully demonstrating the spreading power and influence of Chinese civilization and oriental culture.

As one of the joyful Spring Festival brand events organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the "Dragon Soars Across the Four Seas: Happy Chinese New Year, Chinese New Year Painting Exhibition in the United States" opened on February 16th, local time, at the Lan Su Chinese Garden in Portland, USA.

As of February 18th, the Suzhou intangible cultural heritage delegation's exhibition and exchange activities in Portland have released a total of 8 short videos, with a combined viewing count exceeding 3 million. Among them, 5 videos trended on the local hot searches of Weibo. Additionally, relevant reports were reposted by CCTV News and local American organizations, creating a dissemination matrix on social media platforms, allowing people worldwide to appreciate the beauty of Suzhou's intangible cultural heritage.

The International Center for Creativity and Sustainable Development under the Auspices of UNESCO (Category 2) was approved at the 38th session of UNESCO General Assembly in November 2015. In 2017, the People's Government of Beijing Municipality signed the agreement with UNESCO.
